What each tool costs
The Generate button always shows the exact cost before anything is spent. Choosing Gemini or ChatGPT as the image model doesn't change the price.

Plan credits and extra credits
Your balance shows at the bottom of the sidebar (“credits left”) and in Settings → Billing & finance, with the full credit history.
- Plan credits come with your plan every month (yearly plans too). They are spent first.
- Extra credits come from credit packs, a chosen amount, referrals or a plan change. They never expire.
Renewing, changing or ending a plan
- Renewing the same plan: unused plan credits carry over, up to one month's allowance, and the new month's credits are added on top.
- Moving to another plan: leftover plan credits become extra credits, and the new plan's full monthly credits are added.
- If a plan ends without renewal, its unused plan credits stay frozen for 7 days. Pay again within those 7 days and they come back.
Failed runs refund automatically
If a run fails, its credits come back on their own. If only part of it fails (one video out of three, one landing-page section), you keep what finished and only the missing part is refunded. Cancelling a run before it finishes returns its credits too.
Teams: whose credits are used
Work done in a workspace uses the workspace owner's plan and credits, not the teammate's.
Questions and answers
Do credits expire?
Extra credits never expire. Plan credits renew monthly and carry over up to one month's allowance when you renew.
Can I get money back for unused credits?
Credits aren't money and can't be cashed out or moved to another account. For payment refunds, see Invoices and refunds.
Why did I get only part of my credits back?
Part of the run finished and was delivered, so only the failed part was refunded.
Do drafts cost credits?
Poster ideas and voiceover scripts are free. UGC scripts cost 1 credit and the Ad Clone analysis 2.
