Renew or change your plan
Why website plans don't renew by themselves, how to renew before the end date, how plan changes treat your credits, and what happens if a plan ends.

Renew before the end date
- 1Check the end date: the sidebar shows “Plan ends in N days”, and Billing & finance shows the exact date. You also get reminders.
- 2Open Settings → Billing & finance and choose the same plan.
- 3Pay with any method. The new period starts and your unused plan credits carry over, up to one month's allowance.
Change to another plan
Pay for the plan you want in Billing & finance. Your leftover plan credits move to extra credits (never lost) and the new plan's full monthly credits are added at once.
If your plan ends
Your account, store and History stay. The plan's unused credits are frozen for 7 days; pay again within that time to get them back. Extra credits are never affected.
Questions and answers
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Nothing is charged automatically for plans paid on the website.
Does my store close when the plan ends?
No. The store stays open and keeps taking orders; features and order limits that come with a paid plan return when you pay again.
