My payment hasn't been applied
What to check when you paid but your plan or credits aren't active yet, for card, crypto, Binance Pay and RedotPay.

Check by method
| Method | What to check |
|---|---|
| CIB / Edahabia | Open Settings → Billing & finance: the payment is re-checked. Charged but still inactive after a few minutes? Contact us. |
| Crypto | Was it sent on BEP20, for the exact amount, and is the TxID the right one? Wait for confirmation and verify again. |
| Binance Pay | Is the nickname or UID exactly as on your Binance profile, was it sent to our Pay ID in USDT or USDC, and within 2 hours before you opened the payment? Fix it and press Verify payment again. |
| RedotPay | It shows as waiting for review; most are checked within a few hours. |
Ask us
- 1Press Notify support on the payment screen, or open the chat.
- 2Give the payment time, amount and method (never your card number or passwords).
- 3A person checks it and applies it.
Questions and answers
Will I lose the money if it's not applied?
No. A confirmed payment is always applied once it's matched; tell us and we'll do it.
