How to pay with USDT or USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), where to find the transaction hash and how the automatic check works.

Steps
- 1Open Settings → Billing & finance, choose a plan or credits and pick Crypto wallet.
- 2Copy the wallet address shown on the payment screen.
- 3In your wallet or exchange, send the exact amount in USDT or USDC and choose the BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) network.
- 4Copy the transaction hash (TxID, it starts with 0x) once the transfer is sent.
- 5Paste it on the payment screen and press Verify payment.
Where to find the transaction hash
- Binance: Wallet → Transaction history → the withdrawal → TxID.
- Trust Wallet, MetaMask and other wallets: open the transaction and copy its hash, or open it on BscScan.
- Sent from a Binance account? Binance shows “Off-chain Transfer …” instead of a hash: paste that whole line, it's checked automatically too. You can also upload a screenshot of the transfer details that shows the TxID.
“Payment not verified”
This usually means the transfer isn't confirmed yet, the hash belongs to another transfer, or the amount or network is different. Wait a minute and verify again, or try another TxID. If it still doesn't verify, press Notify support on the payment screen and a person will check it.

Usually a few minutes after the transfer is confirmed on the chain.
Can I send a bit more to cover fees?
Send at least the exact amount shown; the network fee is paid on your side.
