Cookie Policy
How we use cookies and similar technologies on the SymplysisAI website and inside the dashboard.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores when you visit websites. They are used to remember your preferences, enable certain site features, and analyze performance.
SymplysisAI, Inc., a Delaware C corporation registered in the United States, uses cookies and similar technologies as described in this policy.
2. Categories we use
- Essential: required for signing in, keeping your session, protecting your account, and processing payments. These cannot be disabled, because the platform does not work without them.
- Preferences: remembers your interface language, one of 8 supported languages, in a cookie named symplysis-locale. This is a preference cookie.
- Analytics: help us understand how the platform is used, in aggregate and anonymized form, so we can improve performance and features.
- Marketing: used in a limited way to measure ad performance and understand the subscription funnel. We do not sell data to third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Examples of the cookies we use
- Session cookies: expire when you close your browser, and are used for authentication and safe navigation inside the dashboard.
- Persistent cookies: remain for a set period to remember preferences. The maximum duration is typically no more than 12 months.
- Third-party cookies: some may come from analytics providers, support widgets, or embedded video players, and are governed by those providers' own policies.
4. Controlling cookies
You can control or delete cookies from your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using parts of the platform, including signing in and subscribing.
We do not currently show a consent banner on your first visit, and account settings do not include any cookie controls; the settings available there apply to email only. This means the analytics and marketing cookies described in Section 2 are set as soon as you open the site.
The tool available to you today is your browser: block third-party cookies, delete the cookies stored for this site, or use a tracker-blocking extension.
5. Do Not Track
The site does not currently respond to a "Do Not Track" signal or to "Global Privacy Control". Sending either from your browser does not change the cookies we set or the measurement data we collect. To limit them, use the means described in Section 4.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page. For material changes we will notify you in advance by email or an in-app notice.
