Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information and workspace data across the SymplysisAI platform.

1. Overview

This policy explains how SymplysisAI, Inc., a Delaware C corporation registered in the United States, collects, stores, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit the site, create an account, use the dashboard, subscribe to a plan, contact support, or use the AI tools.

By using SymplysisAI you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password authentication data, profile settings, billing email, workspace membership, and team roles.
  • Workspace and product data: product photos, prompts, brand voice, product descriptions, generated outputs, campaign assets, uploaded files, selected tools, and saved run history.
  • Billing data: plan, subscription status, invoices, payment status, and transaction information. SymplysisAI, Inc. does not request or store full card numbers.
  • Usage and device data: pages visited, feature usage, credits consumed, server logs, browser type, device information, IP address, approximate location, timestamps, errors, and diagnostic events.
  • Support data: tickets, messages, attachments, communication preferences, and correspondence with our team.
  • Cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, session management, preferences, analytics, and product performance measurement.

3. How we use information

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the platform.
  • Authenticate users, manage accounts and workspaces, and enforce team permissions and plan limits.
  • Generate and save AI outputs based on uploaded content, prompts, and workspace context.
  • Process subscriptions, billing, the payment gateway, invoices, plan changes, and cancellations.
  • Send service notices, support replies, security alerts, and legally permitted product updates.
  • Diagnose errors, prevent abuse, detect fraud, enforce the Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Analyze feature usage and performance to improve the product experience.

4. AI processing

When you use AI features, your inputs, uploaded files, and workspace context may be sent to AI model providers or infrastructure providers to generate, process, store, or return the requested content.

You must not submit sensitive personal information, third-party confidential information, legally regulated data, trade secrets, or content you are not entitled to process through the AI systems. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them.

5. Sharing information

  • Service providers: hosting, databases, authentication, payments, email, support, analytics, monitoring, and AI providers, under agreements that protect confidentiality.
  • Legal obligations: where necessary to respond to legal process, protect users' rights, or prevent harm.
  • Business transfers such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Shopify app

When you install the SymplysisAI app on a Shopify store and link it to a SymplysisAI workspace, we receive the store's name, its myshopify.com address, its primary domain and currency, and the access tokens Shopify issues for the app. The tokens are encrypted and used only to act for you.

The app uses them to create the products, product images, files and Online Store pages you choose to send, and to publish them to your Online Store when you ask it to. It does not read or store your customers, orders or payment information.

When you uninstall the app, its tokens are deleted at once. When Shopify asks us to erase a store's data (48 hours after uninstalling), the store's link and the record of what was sent to it are deleted. You can also unlink a store at any time, from the app or from your workspace settings.

7. Data retention and security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and most associated data at any time at support@symplysis.com.

We follow reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, session isolation, and restricted access permissions. No online service is completely secure, and you are responsible for using strong passwords and protecting your devices.

8. Your rights

  • Access a copy of your personal data, correct it, or request its deletion.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the competent authority in your country where the law grants you this right.

9. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you become aware that a child has provided us with data, contact us so we can remove it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date will appear at the top of the page, and for material changes we will send a notice to the email associated with your account.

11. Contact us

For any question about privacy or requests concerning your data, email support@symplysis.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
