Past the order limit
Your store never closes: orders past the limit are still accepted, but their customer details are hidden and they aren't sent to Sheets, Telegram or webhooks until you upgrade. Monthly counts start from the beginning of the owner's billing period.
What's inside the store
- Orders: confirmation statuses, call logging, WhatsApp, notes, assignment to confirmation agents, duplicate detection, blocked phones and IPs, abandoned checkouts, CSV export.
- Products: variants, bundle offers, prices per country, import from a link or another store (Migrate).
- Delivery: 28 built-in delivery companies with labels, tracking and cash reconciliation (paid plans).
- Design and Forms: your store's look and the order form's fields.
- Pixels: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google, with server-side events.
- Markets: the countries you sell in, with currency and delivery prices per country.
- Analytics and Sidekick, the store's AI assistant.
Your store's address
Every store has a free address on symplysis.ai (yourbrand.symplysis.ai). On paid plans you can connect your own domain.
Questions and answers
Do I need a plan for the store?
No. The free store gives you 1 store and 50 orders with no card. Plans add orders, stores, a custom domain and delivery companies.
Do buyers pay online?
The order form is built for cash on delivery; buyers order and pay when they receive the parcel.
