How to add Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google pixels, send server-side events with a Conversions API token, and choose when a COD order counts as a purchase.

Add a pixel
- 1Open Store → Pixels and choose the platform.
- 2Paste the pixel ID.
- 3For Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, paste a Conversions API token: Events Manager → your pixel → Settings → Conversions API (Events API on TikTok) → Generate access token.
- 4Save, then press Test to check that the platform receives events.
When is it a purchase?
With cash on delivery, an order isn't money yet. Choose Order placed, Order confirmed or Order delivered. Confirmed and delivered happen after the buyer has left your page, so only pixels with a Conversions API token receive them.

Store → Pixels shows live events from browsers and the server. You can also use a test event code from Events Manager → Test events.
