How to pay with RedotPay: send to our RedotPay ID shown in the app, then upload the screenshot for review.

Steps
- 1Open Settings → Billing & finance, choose a plan or credits and pick RedotPay.
- 2In RedotPay, send the exact amount to the RedotPay ID shown on our payment screen.
- 3Take a screenshot of the completed transfer.
- 4Upload it in SymplysisAI, add your RedotPay email or ID and send it for review.
After you send it
The payment waits for review in Billing & finance, usually a few hours. You'll get a notification when your plan or credits switch on.
Questions and answers
Can I pay RedotPay to an ID someone sends me in chat?
No. Only use the ID shown inside the SymplysisAI payment screen.
