Pay with a CIB or Edahabia card
How to pay for a SymplysisAI plan or credits with an Algerian CIB or Edahabia card through SATIM, in dinars.

Steps
- 1Open Settings → Billing & finance and choose a plan, a pack or an amount.
- 2Choose CIB / Edahabia as the payment method. The amount in dinars is shown.
- 3Continue to the SATIM payment page and enter your card details there.
- 4Confirm with the one-time code from your bank.
- 5You come back to SymplysisAI with the plan or credits active.
If the payment page closed or failed
Nothing is charged for a payment that wasn't confirmed. If you were charged but the plan didn't switch on, open Billing & finance again: the payment is re-checked automatically. If it still hasn't applied after a few minutes, contact us with the time of payment.
Questions and answers
Is my card information stored by SymplysisAI?
No. Card details are entered only on SATIM's payment page.
Why is the amount in dinars?
Algerian cards are charged in dinars through SATIM; the amount is converted from the dollar price and shown before you pay.
